We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies or errors in product information.

Payment must be received in full before we process your order. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

4. Delivery and Installation

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Installation services must be scheduled separately and are subject to availability.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags. Certain items are not eligible for return.

For installation services, if you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss possible remedies.

6. Warranties

All products come with the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Installation services are warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service.
